Federal Contracts Corp is a privately held, Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business incorporated in the state of Florida. We have been issued GSA contract #GS-30F-0008S and NJPA contract #100907. Our mission is to provide manufacturers with the highest level of representation to Governmental Agencies and related markets, providing whatever services are needed to make Governmental purchasing of product as effortless as possible. We work tirelessly to produce strong business relationships and develop new avenues of distribution for our manufacturers and agencies that need the best heavy equipment available. Mr. Ricke has more than 35 years of management and sales experience, representing some of the largest manufacturers in the heavy equipment industry. He has received national recognition and awards for his innovative sales approaches, professionalism, and knowledge of government marketing. His articles regarding sales have been published in numerous regional and national magazines. Additionally, he has taken the American Public Works Association’s (APWA) and Caterpillar’s Fleet Management Courses, is MOLO Certified as a Solid Waste Consultant, and has been a past State Board Member of the Florida Chapter of APWA. Mr. Ricke is a Viet Nam Era Service Connected Disabled Veteran. 
Ms. Ricke has more than 25 years of sales, marketing, financial, and general management experience in the banking industry before forming Federal Contracts Corp. Previously, Ms Ricke served in senior management positions at Bank of America and Harland. 
Bill Gray has over 32 years in the construction equipment industry. He has 8 years working in the John Deere Industrial dealer organization, 21 years with the Caterpillar dealer organization and over 11 years working closely with both large and small construction contractors. While in the Caterpillar Dealer organization, Bill specialized in sales and customer support for both Governmental and Major accounts. He has shown exceptional skills in recommending and analyzing customer needs for proper and long term machine applications and utilization. Bill has been active in American Public Works Association, Solid Waste Association of North America, and numerous other local Governmental organizations. 
Justin Ricke joined Federal Contracts Corp in March of 2009. He has a degree in Computer Graphics from Columbia University and his new position will have responsibilities for marketing materials and sales. Justin spent five years in the logistics industry which is a great asset to FCC with the hauling and relocating of heavy equipment. In the picture is his daughter, Hannah, who is who is now attending pre-school. Prior to college, while growing up, Justin worked in the family business and has many years of customer experience.
